Tele Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team at
TUV Austria , a global leader in certification, inspection, and training services. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective client engagement and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce TUV Austria’s certification, inspection, and training services.
Identify client needs and provide suitable service offerings (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP, etc.).
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address inquiries regarding Training Programs.
Convert leads into opportunities by explaining TUV Austria’s services, solutions, and value propositions.
Maintain a strong follow‑up system to ensure client satisfaction and timely closure of inquiries.
Collaborate with the Training Sales teams to transfer qualified leads.
Accurately record and update client information in CRM / database.
Support in arranging training sessions and promotional campaigns over calls.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings / appointments for the Sales Managers.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and follow‑up details.
Achieve weekly and monthly tele sales targets as assigned by the management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business.
Support sales campaigns, promotional activities, and awareness drives through effective telephonic outreach.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals.
Handle client queries, provide preliminary service details, and escape complex inquiries to the respective team.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in tele sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
