Project Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Coordinator or Project Coordination Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and passionate about marketing and project management. This role offers the opportunity to support project execution, work closely with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to jumpstart their career in marketing or project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support : Assist the marketing team with planning, scheduling, and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Communication : Act as a liaison between marketing, design, and other departments to ensure clear communication and streamlined workflows.
• Scheduling & Documentation : Maintain project schedules, JIRA tasks, meeting agendas, and action items; track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Marketing requests are processed and assigned to the team promptly as they enter the system (i.e., Jira and Asana).
• Build and manage work-back schedules, ensuring quality control throughout special projects.
• Research : Support in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and gathering industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Content Coordination : Help organize and manage content calendars, ensuring all deliverables are scheduled and executed according to plan.
• Ensure all project documents are archived and posted to the publishing platform and digital asset management system.
