Role Overview

We are looking for a junior HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full spectrum of HR while having a strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition . You’ll play a critical role in supporting our people operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and helping us attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities :

Employer Branding Support

• Assist in scheduling social media posts and maintain calendar
• Track engagement metrics for employer branding posts and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate and follow up with the design team to compile the visuals as per brief
• Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance employer branding efforts.
• Support the planning and execution of internal / external employer branding events
