is seeking a
Telemarketer
with strong communication skills and a proven background in handling both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with prospective students, providing course information, and assisting in the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities : Manage daily inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing students. Provide accurate information about our courses, timings, discounts, and enrollment procedures. Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the Excel system. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align calling campaigns with online promotions. Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience. Requirements : Minimum
2 years of experience in telemarketing , including both inbound and outbound calling. Strong
verbal communication skills
in English and Urdu. Working hours :
1 PM to 9 PM Customer service experience in the educational sector is preferred. Experience as a
telemarketer in an educational institute
is preferred. Basic computer literacy in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work in a
target-driven environment . Compensation : This position offers a
basic salary plus commission , with commission based on the number of successful student conversions. Job Specification :
