Keeping things organized by using our CRM system like a pro. Listening carefully and offering real solutions that make customers feel heard and helped. Qualifications
You speak and write fluent English (good grammar is a must). You've worked in an international call center and have at least 1 year of sales / customer service experience. You know how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes!” and leave customers smiling. You’re competitive (in a good way), ambitious, and always thinking ahead. You have an O Levels / Matric or above Fast fingers for typing and quick thinking under pressure. Benefits
