Job Title : Marketing Manager
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is a senior leader responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This individual oversees all marketing functions, including digital marketing, branding, content strategy, public relations, market research, and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to foster creativity, performance, and growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals.
Brand Management
Define and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Build and manage brand positioning and messaging in the market.Digital Marketing
Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.Content & Communications
Direct the creation of engaging content for various channels (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video, etc.).Manage public relations, media outreach, and external communications strategies.Product & Market Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.Work with Product Management to launch new products and features, including go-to-market strategy.Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).8–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Experience in B2B, B2C, or industry-specific marketing (e.g., SaaS, retail, healthcare, etc.) depending on the organization.Preferred Skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong creative sense and storytelling ability.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
