Project Cordinator

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 3–4 years of experience managing enterprise-level software projects . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies , and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience in IoT-based projects will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of enterprise software projects , ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Maintain and manage product backlogs , user stories , and ticket workflows using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and regular status updates.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and design teams to remove blockers and ensure alignment.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and release planning.
• Support stakeholders in estimating tickets and entire projects for road mapping.
