Job descriptionConduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to generate leads and onboard new carriers. Present WE Dispatch’s services with clarity, professionalism, and persuasive communication. Maintain and update CRM records, track outreach performance, and report weekly metrics. Collaborate with the dispatch team to align sales efforts with operational capacity. Serve as the first point of contact for carrier inquiries, load updates, and service issues. Resolve concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Provide onboarding assistance, documentation support, and account setup guidance. Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure smooth load execution and timely communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). Prior experience in sales, customer service, or logistics preferred. Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Communication Incentive Bonus Leaves
