Experience in Handling Sales Team & distribution management on Pakistan level. Good relation with Modern Trade, LMT, & Key customers. Must have excellent communications, analytical & computer skills. Hands-on experience of new product launch in coordination with Brand Management. Strategic planning and mentor for team members. Sales Budgeting and planning experience New Business & product development. Job Specification
