Role

10Pearls is seeking a skilled Senior Test Consultant. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of manual testing processes across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client goals. You’ll utilize AI tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency, mentor junior QA team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to enhance requirement analysis and application quality.
• Lead test strategy development, ensuring it aligns with the client's business objectives and incorporating modern testing methodologies and practices.
• Research new tools and technologies including AI-based tools and evaluate their usefulness for the team / company.
• Provide mentoring and on-the-job training for junior team members through learning activities and knowledge-sharing sessions, guiding them in both technical and client-facing skills.
• Develop, publish, and implement comprehensive Test Plans using data driven insights for optimal coverage.
• Inform the supervisor about what resources will be required for software testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle using continuous feedback and improvement.
• Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies, keeping client expectations in mind.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for better accuracy and scalability.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Participate in Manual / Automation QA Reviews for increased efficiency.
• Participate in QA activities (e.g., Training, Snack Chat, Interview, etc.).
