About the Role :

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who goes beyond traditional

testing. In this role, you’ll not only validate the performance and reliability of our AIdriven products and automation workflows—but also build smart, self-healing QA agents

to help scale our quality processes. This is a hybrid role that combines testing, scripting,

and AI agent design in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute detailed test plans and edge-case scenarios for AI workflows,

data pipelines, and automation bots.

  • Monitor system performance, validate model outputs, and report defects across

    • web-based tools and backend APIs.

  • Design and develop automated QA agents using OpenAI, LangChain, and other

    • LLM frameworks to simulate user behavior and validate AI responses.

  • Build regression test scripts for automation flows (e.g. Make.com, n8n, Apify).
  • Track issues, document findings, and collaborate closely with product and

    • engineering teams to drive improvements.

  • Maintain test case repositories and automate reporting on QA metrics.

    • Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in QA, preferably with SaaS or data products.
  • Solid understanding of both manual testing techniques and automation tools (e.g.

    • Postman, Selenium, Playwright).

  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI / LLMs, particularly for building

    • intelligent agents or bots.

  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for writing automated tests or agents.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON structures, and database validation

    • (SQL / BigQuery).

  • Clear, structured thinker with the ability to break down edge cases and simulate

    • real-world scenarios.

  • Islamabad / Rawalpindi Applicants are preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates from NUST, GIKI, or NUCES.

    • Bonus Points :

  • Experience testing no-code workflows (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n).
  • Exposure to prompt engineering, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Prior projects where agents or scripts autonomously flagged QA issues.
