Job descriptionDevelop and manage detailed production schedules and part planning to align with overall manufacturing targets and customer commitments. Allocate workload across machines based on capacity, skill availability, and delivery priorities to maximize uptime and throughput. Review product designs, technical drawings, and CNC programs to ensure manufacturability, accuracy, and alignment with process capabilities. Generate, validate, and refine CNC programs to minimize machining cycle times and improve productivity. Oversee the design and fabrication of jigs, fixtures, and tooling solutions to support precise and repeatable manufacturing. Manage tooling resources and maintain optimal inventory of consumables while controlling costs and ensuring availability. Coordinate effectively with the design team and supply chain to ensure alignment of engineering inputs, material availability, and production readiness. Monitor and control per-hour machining rates by identifying areas of inefficiency and implementing corrective actions. Define, document, and continuously improve process sheets for new and existing components to ensure consistency and traceability. Conduct cost analysis and estimation for parts and processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with at least 3-5+ years of relevant experience, DAE / B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7-10+ years of experience in the field of CAD / CAM, CNC operations, and mechanical part manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD / CAM and MS office Expertise in CNC Programming on milling and turning operations Hands on Manufacturing Experience Proficiency in Creo, Solidcam, Master CAM, NX Hands on experience On Multi-axis programing and machining Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens controls

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, reducing production costs, and enhancing the overall manufacturability of components while ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently met.
