Remote About Us : World Of Tech is a growing startup about to complete its second year. We aim to scale our business and are looking for a dedicated Lead Generation + Email Marketing Agent to join our team. This is a results-driven position where success in the first month will determine long-term employment with us. Job Responsibilities : Identify potential clients and generate quality leads through online research and outreach. Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to convert leads into paying clients. Achieve the monthly target of generating at least PKR 70,000 in sales. Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up as required. Work closely with the team to strategize and refine lead generation processes. Requirements : Proven experience in lead generation and email marketing. Strong communication and persuasive writing skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve sales targets. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Access to a stable internet connection and necessary tools for remote work. Compensation : If you achieve the monthly target of PKR 70,000, you will receive a salary + commission. If sales hit at least PKR 40,000 but fall short of the target, commission will be paid for the first month. Failure to meet the first-month goal will not result in further collaboration.
