Responsibilities

Manage outbound calls, messages, and outreach to attract new clients

Generate business through social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebbok, Instagram, and other digital platforms to boost sales and grow our client base.

Handle professional email communication and generate business through effective email outreach.

Craft and submit compelling project proposals

Analyze client requirements and provide the right solutions.

Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation

Collaborate with the technical team for project strategies and smooth B2B communication

Maintain regular reporting and follow-ups with clients

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience (IT Sales / BD preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Strong communication, proposal writing, and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand client needs & offer strategic solutions

Sales-driven mindset with a focus on target achievement

Understanding of software industry trends and IT solutions

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media trends.
