Event Manager

Food Truck Company is looking for a successful & enthusiastic Event Manager who is responsible for managing events, ensuring deadlines and budgets. Directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event.

Job Specification

Primary Responsibilities :

• Define company brand through events.
• Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
• Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.
• Book venues and negotiate fees.
• Promote the event using flyers and social media as examples of ways to spark attention.
• Conduct pre & post event evaluations and report on outcomes.

Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work depending on business needs and will require working overtime. Approximately 50% travel or more to manage event venues.
