The Role :
The Deputy Manager Finance R2R will play a crucial role in overseeing the Record to Report (R2R) process within the finance department. This position involves managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leading a team of finance professionals.
- Oversee the R2R process and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Manage month-end close activities and financial reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Team Structure : You will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with other finance team members.
Ideal Profile :
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical and soft skills necessary for success in this role.
Soft Skills : Problem Solving, Attention to Detail.
