Responsibilities :
We are seeking a potential Senior Behavioral Therapist to join AKUH. Based at the stadium road campus, this is a full-time position with key responsibilities as follows :
- Prepare individual therapy plans for patients.
- Comply with department policies and organizational quality standards.
- Perform developmental, psychological and therapy assessments.
- Develop individualized educational plans for paediatric patients.
- Conduct assessment related to IQ, Cognitive Behaviour Planning and Emotional & Behaviour problems.
- Conduct teaching sessions for parents and junior staff.
- Propose and execute quality initiatives.
