About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Expansion and Insights Associate to support our Delivery Operations across KSA and Jordan. The role involves managing daily MIS and project trackers, validating data, preparing driver payouts, tracking deductions and penalties, and coordinating with HR, Finance, Project Managers, and clients on invoicing and payments.

The ideal candidate should have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update MIS of all Delivery Business projects across KSA and Jordan. The work involves talking to Field Supervisors, Project Managers for daily updates on numbers and performance and operate client systems (on case to case basis) to extract data and prepare a consolidated MIS report on the business (Daily Business Tracker and Daily Project Tracker)
• Validate Manual MIS / Project Tracker reports with Month end invoicing report received from clients and adjust the trackers for accuracy based on client reports
• Prepare driver payout files (Sponsored and Freelance drivers) based on client invoicing reports and adjust for exception basis Project Manager recommendation and approvals
• Keep a track of all driver penalties, traffic fines, shipment loss claims from clients, loan advanced to drivers with monthly repayment arrangements and adjust all applicable deductions from driver payouts and prepare a final payout file to be sent to HR and Finance for processing
• Co-ordinate and follow up with HR and finance for driver payouts and handle issues of payment bounced, IBAN inaccuracy and close it out with Project Managers and Finance
• Co-ordinate with Finance AR POC for raising client invoices and sharing them with clients / uploading on SAP system of clients
• Follow up with clients for PO and Payments and escalate to Ops Manager / Business Director any delays and seek their intervention to unblock client payments
• Be on top of key numbers and maintain the multiple G-sheets up to date related to revenue, client invoicing, driver payments, disputes, fines and deductions

Requirements

• Hands on XL / G-sheet experience. Well versed with all formulas, pivot tables, ability to work with diligence on large volumes of offline data placed in multiple sheets
• Attention to detail. Slightest slip up can lead to financial losses (since we don't operate the business on our system)
• Be at it every day on the same tasks with the same diligence. We need a workhorse who doesn't get bored / bogged down with repetitive tasks that require high level of attention and detail orientation
• Work from Pak but support KSA and JOR business days and business hours. Expected to work till 8-8.30pm PAK time. Can start late (@11.30am Pak time is fine)
• A fresher or someone with 6months to 1 year experience displaying the above skill sets, personality traits can do the job
