About the role

As a Senior analyst in Quality Raw Material Lab, you will play an integral role in continuous success of our analytical laboratory. You will have responsibility to work on analysis of the raw materials, purchase samples, consumable samples, and house standard on priority to meet the production schedule.

In this role you will do...

Analysis of Raw Materials including APIs and Excipients

Expertise in HPLC, GC, Atomic Absorption, Raman, FTIR and its trouble shooting.

SAP (dM-ERP) expertise

Management of CAPAs, Change Controls, OOS and Lab errors in RM

Expertise in LIMS incl, Material assignment, data review.

Play a role of trainer to train the fresh analysts in the lab

Management of documents and retention samples

Ensuring lab readiness for inspection, audits, and Gembas

Chemical and Lab safety assurance as per standard EHS guidelines

Qualifications and skills :

Essential

M.Sc. Analytical / Organic Chemistry or Pharm D.

Preferred

Knowledge and experience of Analytical Techniques related to Raw Materials.

Other Skills / Qualifications

At least 5-7 years of experience.

Experience in Pharmaceutical Company or relevant industry.

Strong knowledge and expertise of instruments that are used in Quality control Lab related to raw materials.

Knowledge and expertise on Raman Analyzer and FTIR

Knowledge and expertise on HPLC.
