We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and lead signage projects from initiation
to completion, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Management :
Oversee signage projects, including design, permitting, fabrication, and
installation phases.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and
cost-effective project delivery.
2. Client Communication :
Act as the primary liaison with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns,
and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and
retention.
3. Permitting and Compliance :
Manage signage permitting processes, including securing required approvals
from local authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the permitting team to address any challenges that arise during
the approval process.
4. Team Coordination :
Work closely with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure all project
requirements are met.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
5. Quality Control :
Ensure all signage meets Blink Signs' quality standards and adheres to client
specifications.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify successful project execution.
6. Budget and Cost Management :
Monitor project expenses, ensuring budgets are maintained without
compromising quality.
Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities.
7. Risk Management :
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize
delays or challenges.
8. Reporting and Documentation :
Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, contracts, and
progress reports.
Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years in project management, preferably in the signage, construction, or
related industries.
Knowledge of signage design, permitting, and installation processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with local signage regulations, permitting processes, and installation
standards is a plus.
