About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. This role demands a blend of analytical thinking and creative strategy to drive measurable growth and maximize ROI through performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
• Conduct detailed audience targeting, keyword research, and optimize customer funnels.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Develop acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing strategies to drive new customer growth and increase repeat conversions.
• Design and execute A / B tests on ad creatives, copy, placements, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest ad formats, platform updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and brand teams to develop engaging and impactful ad content.

Requirements :

2 to 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.

Expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.

Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.

Proficient with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.

Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and building effective customer funnels.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

Creative approach to testing new ad angles, formats, and audience segmentation strategies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
