Manager Corporate Finance (Karachi)

The ideal candidate should be able to carry out syndication / Consortium financing. He / She must possess hands-on experience of working in the field of advisory & structured financing and other fund-based banking products with a bank / financial institution.

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Must have good rapport in the business community, knowledge of market and regulations.
• Must have strong analytical skills with expertise in credit analysis.
• Strong grip on documentation involved in syndication required.
• Should have exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
