Required Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry preferred. Working hours : 6 days a week, 9-hour shifts between 11 am - 2 am (PK TIME).
