Job Description

Proactively search for and identify new projects and clients — including housing societies and other relevant channels — to grow the customer base.

Understand client requirements and present product solutions that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, pricing, and timely delivery.

Offer hands‑on product knowledge, conduct demonstrations, and provide pre‑sales technical assistance to clients, contractors, and applicators.

Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; support and coordinate sales initiatives and project‑specific solutions.

Monitor outstanding payments, follow up for collections, and ensure timely recovery in coordination with the finance team.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Construction Management or related fields.

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction chemicals or building materials.

Have a presentable and pleasant personality.

Sound IT skills and strong grip on MS Office and understanding of Sales Force etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Sound understanding of construction industry dynamics, project lifecycle, and application techniques.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.

Willingness to travel and work on‑site with clients as needed.
