To keep updated regarding Bank’s products & services & essential regulatory requirements and create awareness of products offerings.
Ensure meeting of assigned deposit mobilization, cross-sell, CASA-based growth and NTB targets / KPIs assigned by management.
Remain up to date on emerging market social / economic / business trends to ascertain avenues / opportunities to augment the branch’s portfolio / business volumes.
To maintain a presence in the catchment area through regular market visits to existing and prospective customers.
To maintain a professional relationship with customers daily to ensure that a high customer experience is consistently delivered.
Ensure that the business relationships are in thorough compliance with the Bank’s Policies and Regulatory requirements regarding KYC / CDD completion.
Eligibility :
Experience Required : 1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh candidates may also apply)
Knowledge of Islamic banking is mandatory for the candidate.
Minimum Education : Shahadatul Almiya from a recognized religious board with HEC Equivalency.
