We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Core Engineer with skills in Angular and exposure to cloud technologies - Microsoft Azure. As a .NET Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex business logic in enterprise applications. Your role will involve extending existing applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of clients' technical problems to provide effective solutions. This team also interacts with our other functions for design & delivery teams, software engineering teams, and platforms teams. Responsibilities : Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for .NET Core applications. Diagnose and resolve software issues, bugs, and performance problems in a timely manner. Help develop new features by working together with other departments. Collaborate closely with the client's technical team to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions. Participate in regular client meetings to discuss ongoing support activities, project updates, and issue resolutions. Filter and resolve escalated issues within the support, acting as a main point of contact for other engineers to resolve issues beyond their skill set and knowledge. Drive Root Cause Analysis efforts for critical incidents requiring actions to prevent reoccurrence. Expected to complete work-related training and learning to obtain relevant Microsoft Certifications.
