Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of 4 operators to ensure daily productivity targets are met. Monitor task execution, quality, and workflow compliance. Organize shifts and schedules to optimize resource allocation. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to team members. Maintain daily performance and progress reports. Coordinate with management to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
