The ideal candidate should have experience in a textile firm, ideally a home textile firm. This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager at J.Sons Industries located in Karachi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records, developing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, labour department, and providing guidance on employee development and performance management. Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, selection, and employee relations Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations Ability to deal with the labour department regarding different matters Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Job Specification
