Requirements

​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science

4–8 years of professional experience in AI / ML model development and deployment

Strong proficiency in Python and machine‑learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑Learn, Pandas, and NumPy

Hands‑on experience with API development and model deployment using Flask or FastAPI, and Docker for containerization

Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a research‑driven mindset

Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex model logic to technical and non‑technical audiences

Responsibilities

Design and implement machine‑learning pipelines, including data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing

Develop, train, and fine‑tune ML / DL models for various business use cases

Deploy models as APIs or microservices for production environments

Monitor and maintain model performance, ensuring reliability and scalability

Conduct model retraining and optimization based on inference results and new data

Document all experiments, architectures, and performance metrics for reproducibility

Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions

Stay up to date with emerging trends and frameworks in AI and machine learning
