Google Developer Account Manager (App Publishing & Operations)

Job Description Key Responsibilities :

Account Creation & Management : create, manage, and maintain Google Developer accounts for the company’s game products, ensuring stability, security, and compliance with Google Play Store policies.

App Publishing & Operations : publish and update game applications on the Google Play Store in a timely manner, address and resolve issues during the app submission, review, or approval processes, and ensure all metadata, descriptions, and assets meet Google Play Store requirements.

Policy Compliance : stay up to date with Google’s policies, resolve policy-related issues during the review or post-launch process, and handle revisions or adjustments to app listings based on feedback.

Problem Solving : quickly troubleshoot publishing issues, collaborate with development and marketing teams to improve visibility and performance, and resolve rejections or suspensions.

Optimization : continuously optimize app listings to ensure the best possible user experience, reflect updates, promotions, and new features accurately on the Play Store, and work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate representations.

Job Specification Requirements :

Experience : proven experience managing Google Developer accounts and publishing apps on the Google Play Store; familiarity with policies and review processes; troubleshooting and resolving publishing issues.

Skills : strong understanding of technical and policy guidelines, ability to quickly set up reliable accounts, excellent problem‑solving skills, strong attention to detail, and compliance assurance during submission and review.

Additional : experience in mobile game publishing and ASO is a plus; good communication skills in English; independent, multi‑project management capability.
