We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Hunter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organization. The role involves headhunting and building strong relationships with candidates, while also collaborating with hiring managers to meet our leadership hiring needs.

Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for the open positions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and industry events, to attract passive candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Indeed, LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor, and Mustakbil.com.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.

Job Specification

Candidate Engagement :

Establish and maintain relationships with high-caliber executives, understanding their career goals and motivations.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to attract top talent.

Negotiation and Offer Management :

Lead negotiations with selected candidates to secure their commitment to join the organization.

Work closely with the HR team to facilitate the offer and onboarding process for executive hires.
