Freight Broker / Dispatcher

Overview

We are a transportation company operating cargo vans, dry van and reefer across the USA and Canada under active DOT / MC authority. We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Dispatcher who can secure profitable freight, build shipper relationships, and manage day-to-day logistics operations. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with professionals who understand how to maximize van operations in a competitive market.

Position : Freight Broker / Dispatcher (Remote – Pakistan Based)

Responsibilities

• Source and book profitable freight for cargo vans, dry van & reefer via load boards, brokers, and direct shipper contacts.
• Negotiate rates to maximize revenue and ensure steady freight opportunities.
• Maintain strong broker and shipper relationships for long-term business.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations , including knowledge of ELDs, logbooks, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate pickups / deliveries, track shipments, and provide timely updates.
• Handle documentation, rate confirmations, and billing coordination.
