Job Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers through different platforms.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Identify customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Follow standard processes and procedures when it comes to providing the solution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Timely completion of assignments given by the Team Lead.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Must be disciplined and aware of work ethics.
Requirements :
At least 1 - 2 years of chat support experience.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.Must be a team player.Job Shift : Night / Rotational
