Role Overview :

The Team Lead will manage daily sales operations, guide team members and ensure achievement of project and sales targets. The role includes lead generation, personal selling and client relationship management, along with mentoring the team and optimizing workflows for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and convert qualified leads through multiple channels.
  • Conduct personal selling to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Coordinate with management on strategies, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field.
  • Proven leadership, communication and team management skills.
  • Experience in real estate sales, lead generation and client handling preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
