Experience Required : 7+ years of hands-on software development & solution design

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications to meet business requirements. The role requires strong technical expertise, documentation skills, and the ability to work within a structured framework using customer-defined tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Deliver code and configuration updates in alignment with requirements and design specifications.
• Perform Unit Testing, Component Integration Testing (CIT), and Happy Scenario Testing with documented proof.
• Create, maintain, and update project documentation and system-specific service documentation with every change.
• Prepare release notes, installation guides, operation procedures, release build & packaging, and operational handover documentation.
• Generate regular and on-demand project updates, delivery reports, and status of points planned / consumed / available.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC), solution capability checks, and validations when required.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer (KT) restricted to project / enhancement functional scope and new / updated functionalities.
• Work with tools and frameworks used by the customer (e.g., JIRA, Bitbucket, and other customer-specified tools).
