We are looking to hire a

Chief Digital Officer

for a financial services organization in Pakistan. The individual would be reporting to the president and driving the organization's digital transformation. They would be focusing on the digital lending for the organization, with a emphasis on setting up the nano-loans platform. The position can be based in Karachi or Islamabad and is a full-time role. Responsibilities

Build and scale digital lending and banking platforms with a focus on nano-loans Drive innovation, partnerships, and digital customer experiences Use data, AI, and automation to optimize credit and risk models Lead cross-functional teams to deliver agile, customer-first solutions Qualifications

15+ years in digital banking, fintech, or lending tech Experience with digital lending and conventional banking Proven experience launching scalable digital products Strong digital strategy, product, and leadership skills Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
