We are hiring!

We’re now looking for a Video Editor to craft high-performing ads from UGC, raw content, and creative assets — videos built to grab attention, tell a story, and drive sales on platforms like TikTok and YouTube.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Direct Response Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing video ads that drive measurable results, particularly in the e-commerce sector. This role requires strong storytelling ability, a deep understanding of performance-driven creative, and the ability to tailor content specifically for platforms such as YouTube and TikTok.

What you\'ll do?

Direct Response Video Ad Creation

  • Edit and produce high-quality UGC, VSLs, and branded shoots for e-commerce products.
  • Apply storytelling and editing techniques to capture attention quickly and maximize conversions.

Platform-Specific Editing

  • Create ads optimized for Meta, TikTok and YouTube formats.
  • Stay on top of evolving trends, creative hooks, and platform algorithms to keep content competitive.
  • Audience-Focused Editing

  • Understand customer pain points, motivations, and interests.
  • Tailor edits and messaging to resonate with specific audiences and demographics.
  • Partner with strategists, copywriters, and designers to align creative output with campaign goals.
  • Contribute ideas for new creative tests and variations.
  • Are you the right fit?

  • 3+ years of video editing experience.
  • At least 1 year editing direct response ads for e-commerce.
  • Experience editing specifically for TikTok and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and creative editing skills.
  • Able to handle multiple edits in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data to refine creative direction.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
