Job Title : Business and Sales Development Manager / Growth Executive

Industry : Software Development

Location : Remote (Based in Pakistan with potential to transition to our Irish office within two years)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Sales Development Manager / Growth Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales and managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, along with technical expertise in the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and web scraping to identify potential clients and hiring needs.
  • Perform data lead enrichment to ensure high-quality and relevant leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless sales process and effective solution delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals in the B2B software development industry.
  • Solid understanding of the IT landscape and technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Skills Requirements

  • Lead Generation Skills : Proficiency in generating and nurturing leads.
  • Market Research : Ability to identify and understand target markets, industry trends, and potential clients.
  • Networking : Skills to build and maintain relationships with potential clients through events, webinars, and online platforms.
  • Data Analysis : Capability to analyze market data and sales metrics to refine lead generation strategies.
  • CRM Proficiency : Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage leads.
  • Sales Closing Skills : Technical knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and industry jargon to communicate effectively with potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling : Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to present proposals, handle objections, and build rapport.
  • Negotiation : Proficiency in negotiating terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.Follow-Up : Persistence and organization in following up with leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
