Project Manager will responsible for all stages and types of IT initiatives for the business from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation. A major part of this position is to provide a proactive interface between the internal customers and the technical / programming staff to ensure effective definition of and delivery of business applications. Responsibilities Include : Design, development and delivery of effective business applications. - Unravel, define and document complex business requirements and processes evaluate options and implement solutions. -Lead design sessions and review sessions with technical and business staffs, including all levels of management. - Work with marketing and sales team - Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. - Manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques. - Manage application design through the various lifecycle stages from business need through design and delivery. - Establish and maintain customer relationships - Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures - Assign, monitor and review the tasks of systems analysts, engineers, and other computer-related workers. - Provide supervision and guidance to all assigned staff. - Perform other related duties, as assigned.
