The Pre-Sales & Proposal Associate is responsible for managing the complete proposal and bid lifecycle—from RFP receipt to submission. The role ensures timely, high-quality, and compliant responses aligned with client needs and InfoTech’s solutions. Requirements Fresh -1 year of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or a related function Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Strong English writing, time management, and coordination skills Ability to analyze client requirements and contribute to solution development Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams Responsibilities Independently manage the end-to-end proposal / bid lifecycle, from RFP receipt to final submission. Ensure proposal quality, internal compliance, and alignment with client expectations. Coordinate proposal progress and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams. Lead requirement analysis, define bid strategy, identify risks, and support solution development. Work closely with technical and product teams to map solutions and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client requests. Develop a deep understanding of InfoTech’s IP solutions and align them effectively with client needs.
