Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles : Software Engineering, Mobile, Data, DevOps, and Product.
- Partner with business and tech leaders to define hiring needs and craft strong job briefs.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities relevant to B2C tech.
- Build a diverse talent pipeline and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
- Lead offer negotiations, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining internal equity.
- Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) to optimize performance.
- Represent the company at tech events and meetups to strengthen our employer brand in the B2C space.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a B2C or consumer internet company.Deep understanding of technical roles, stacks, and how B2C engineering teams operate (web, mobile, backend, product).Proven success hiring for high-volume or niche tech roles in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with ATS toolsBenefits
