The ideal candidate will source candidates, manage the recruitment process, and build strong relationships to create a robust talent pipeline. This role suits someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Responsibilities
Sourcing : Reach out to candidates via calls, emails, and social platforms to promote opportunities. Candidate Engagement : Understand candidates’ career goals and match them with suitable roles. Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless process. Documentation : Assist in preparing offer letters and contracts. CRM Management : Track interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Market Insights : Stay informed on talent market trends to refine recruitment strategies. Targets : Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals. Experience in 360 end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Expertise with jobs portals (LinkedIn, Indeed & Naukri), creating candidates’ pipeline and MS Excel Proficiency in CRM and applicant tracking systems. Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of recruitment best practices is a plus. Strong expertise with sourcing and head-hunting skills. Qualifications
