Experience managing at least four individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. Experience working in fast-paced Agile / Scrum environments. Experience with performance management and salary reviews. Self-driven, energetic, and passionate about nurturing high-performing teams.

Role :
- Establish and enhance workflows within your team.
- Build, lead, and develop our engineering team.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members, including training.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner or Accountable Lead to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Create a fun and engaging workplace for our international engineering team.
