About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Business Development & Cold Caller to work with our U.S.-based healthcare call center client. The ideal candidate will drive top-of-funnel outreach efforts by engaging prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate qualified leads and appointments. This role is performance-driven and targets 10+ qualified leads / month, focusing strictly on relationship building and appointment setting — no closing required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to healthcare businesses and prospects across the U.S.
  • Engage leads through emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up texts.
  • Schedule appointments and product walkthroughs for senior sales staff.
  • Understand client needs and present our value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate call notes and status updates.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs (including minimum monthly leads and appointment goals).
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach messaging and targeting.

Job Specification

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outbound calling, or call center sales.
  • Exceptional English communication skills — verbal, written, and conversational.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and use persuasive sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold email strategies, and CRM tools.
