About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated Business Development & Cold Caller to work with our U.S.-based healthcare call center client. The ideal candidate will drive top-of-funnel outreach efforts by engaging prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate qualified leads and appointments. This role is performance-driven and targets 10+ qualified leads / month, focusing strictly on relationship building and appointment setting — no closing required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare businesses and prospects across the U.S.
- Engage leads through emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up texts.
- Schedule appointments and product walkthroughs for senior sales staff.
- Understand client needs and present our value proposition effectively.
- Maintain CRM records with accurate call notes and status updates.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs (including minimum monthly leads and appointment goals).
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach messaging and targeting.
Job Specification
Required Qualifications
