Graphic Designer FULL TIME

SolutionInn is expanding its footprint in the e-commerce space, with a special focus on a new clothing line. We are looking for a talented and driven Graphics Designer to craft compelling visuals that embody our brand identity and captivate our target audience. As a Graphics Designer for our clothing brand, you will be responsible for developing unique and on-brand graphics across various platforms and products—ranging from apparel designs to promotional materials. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive look and feel that resonates with our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Develop original artwork, typography, and patterns for T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items.

Collaborate with product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand guidelines.

Maintain and evolve the visual language of our clothing line, ensuring consistency across all media.

Create and update style guides, color palettes, and graphic elements that reflect current fashion trends.

Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns, email marketing, and website banners.

Produce print-ready files for lookbooks, posters, and packaging collateral.

Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, E-commerce, UX / UI) to conceptualize, iterate, and refine design ideas.

Prepare final artwork for digital and print production, including color separations and proper resolution settings.

Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure finished products meet brand standards and quality expectations.

Skills Required

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Familiarity with print production processes (screen printing, sublimation, embroidery).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong illustration, typography, and layout abilities.

Solid understanding of color theory, especially for screen printing and embroidery.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to balance creativity with time management and project constraints.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Strong online or PDF portfolio showcasing a range of designs (apparel, branding, promotional materials).

Familiarity with current design trends, especially within the fashion or retail sector.

Job Experience

Minimum of 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.

Demonstrated success in fashion / apparel design, or a closely related consumer-facing industry.

Proven track record working on brand identity projects and marketing collateral.
