Role Overview

We’re hiring an Agentic Execution Lead — a hybrid of senior product thinker, client solutions architect, and project orchestrator. Your job is to take enterprise-grade operational challenges and deliver fully executed AI agent workflows, from discovery to deployment. You’ll be the face of execution with our clients, driving clarity, alignment, and delivery across multiple stakeholders, systems, and constraints. Internally, you’ll work closely with automation engineers, operations experts, and founders to own the path from SOP to live agent system. This isn’t a PM role tucked behind a roadmap. This is hands-on, client-facing, and delivery-oriented from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent systems for enterprise clients, from SOP breakdown to live deployment
• Interface directly with client operations and product stakeholders to clarify use cases, gather technical and process requirements, and manage delivery expectations
• Convert ambiguous client SOPs into structured workflows, product specs, and execution plans
• Collaborate tightly with engineers to design and ship automation-ready solutions
• Lead structured implementation processes, including scoping, change management, UAT, and feedback integration
• Anticipate risks, misalignments, and process breakdowns—and solve them before they slow us down
• Balance near-term client priorities with long-term platform scalability
