Timings : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM (Monday to Saturday — Half day on Saturday)

Salary : PKR 70,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

Pakistan Facilities Management is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and payroll for our diverse workforce, including dedicated support to HBL staff across 10 regions.

This is an exciting opportunity for HR professionals who excel in managing payroll, employee engagement, and HR compliance—especially those with proven experience in payroll management and handling high-profile banking clients.

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Engagement

  • Act as the primary HR contact for HBL staff across 10 regions for all new appointments, leavers, and staff movements.
  • Manage payroll for employees.
  • Ensure timely provision of replacements / relievers for HBL branches and coordinate with branch management.
  • Coordinate issuance of employee cards for HBL staff through regional supervisors.
  • Support HR policy implementation, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries and maintain accurate HRIS records.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for both internal and HBL staff.
  • Maintain daily addition / deletion sheets & reliever reports.
  • Keep master data of housekeeping staff with updated HBL branch cost codes.
  • Verify cash salaries of HBL staff with the Finance Department.
  • Ensure compliance and provide updated appointment / termination / reliever data & bank details to Finance before salary disbursement.
  • Maintain uniform receiving records and manage additions / deletions for EFU Group Life Insurance policy of HBL staff.
  • Prepare and share expense / feedback reports of HBL supervisors and branches.
  • Recruitment & Documentation

  • Lead recruitment processes for HBL housekeeping staff across all regions.
  • Maintain verification documents and records for all new hires.
  • Prepare and issue appointment, termination, and warning letters.
  • Update and maintain the PFM Policy Manual as required.
  • Support HR audits and assist in HR reporting.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or a related field (HEC recognized).
  • Experience : At least 2+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing.
  • Previous experience managing payroll and working with banking sector clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EOBI, SESSI / PESSI, PF, and labor law compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
