Hiring for Graana.com. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in real estate; vertical sales experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad for a Business Development Manager at Graana.com.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing effective business strategies, and preparing proposals and presentations. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
Salary : 70k-100k PKR
Qualifications
Real estate experience (Vertical Sales is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Expertise in market research, data analysis, and problem-solving
Experience in developing and executing strategic business development plans
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record in sales, marketing, or related fields
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
