Responsible for performing activities assigned by the Senior Product Manager and maintaining the records of these activities. The candidate should be FOREIGN QUALIFIED and have 1 to 2 years of experience in Denim Textile. - Coordinate with the production department for the arrangement of CA on already committed dates. - Place fabric and trim orders well in advance as per 'Gantt' dates to ensure the timely arrival of materials. - Follow up on materials and production for on-time delivery. - Conduct quality follow-ups at different levels of production to ensure that the client's required quality standards are met. - Ensure that no materials / resources are wasted. - Provide post-production support and service to clients. - Support the Marketing Manager, Deputy Marketing Manager, and Commercial Office by completing assigned tasks. - Ensure zero complaints from customers regarding communication. - Ensure that all outgoing samples to customers meet the required quality levels. - Send updates to assigned customers on agreed timelines for sampling and production. - Keep the booking pipeline of assigned customers full with interested product development that matures into profitable business.
