Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon / Marketplace Product Seller to manage and grow our presence on various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling electronics and mobile phones on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces. This role requires expertise in product listing, order management, pricing strategies, and optimizing product visibility to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities
Manage and operate seller accounts on Amazon and other online marketplaces. Create, optimize, and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and keywords. Develop and execute strategies for pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns to increase revenue. Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback to maintain high seller ratings and account health. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new product opportunities. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines to avoid account suspensions. Generate regular sales and performance reports for management review. Job Specification
Requirements : Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace accounts. Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace policies. Expertise in product listing optimization (SEO, keywords, and ranking strategies). Good understanding of inventory and order management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in electronics and mobile phone product categories. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other marketplace analytics tools. Basic understanding of paid advertising on Amazon (PPC campaigns).
